This is our complete bolt upgrade kit for the suspension on the Pro R & Turbo R model UTV’s. This kit is made to replace all of the improperly shanked bolts that Polaris used on the suspension of these 2 models. This kit will drastically help eliminate the clunking in the suspension that these UTV’s commonly have right off the factory floor as well as keeping your alignment in spec as well.
This kit is all grade 10.9 M14 bolts and washers with top lock grade 10 nuts for all of the following below:
– All 8 shock bolts. Front & Rear, Upper & Lower
– All 8 front upper & lower control arm bolts.
– Both trailing arm mounts on the chassis.
– Both toe link bolts on the chassis.
– All 8 radius rod bolts. Chassis side & trailing arm side
– All 4 rear knuckle mounts on the trailing arms.
Based on hardware availability, this kit is made up of silver and gold zinc bolts, but only silver zinc washers and silver zinc nuts.
